Who pays the transaction fee?
The customer is charged per transaction event. You are charged per settlement event.
Can I forward settlement costs to the customer?
There is currently no configuration that allows you to forward settlement costs to the customer. You can, however, build this into your pricing model on your system.
Are there any additional fees from issuers?
Issuers may charge account holders additional fees. These are not set or controlled by Velocity.
Is there a setup fee for the hosted solution?
No. The Starter package is free to sign up for. Custom or on-premise implementations can be discussed with our team.
